Sometimes you need to cancel an order, we understand.
Naracompany Health ships orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund or exchange. Of course, the shipping fee can not be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already. Please see our Returns/Exchanges page for information on returning a package.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel/change it with no problem! In order to change anything on your order or cancel your order, you must call Naracompany Health directly at 1-305-709-5630 and speak with a customer service representative. Do not email, chat or send us messages via Facebook, as we may not get to them for up to 24 hours. These are not acceptable forms for canceling your order. This includes any change to the shipping address, removal or additions to an order, and order cancellations. When calling, please have your order number ready.
